The program is based on 10 sessions of therapy and coaching. The starting point is a psychological mapping that is carried out with the help of three different tests of personality, behavior and relationship patterns. Subsequently, awareness of behavior patterns, unconscious defense and untapped personal potential is generated through exploratory talks and exercises. The sessions take place individually together with a Filoskop therapist & coach, on site at your office or in Filoskop’s facilities, or over Skype / FaceTime.
