Supporting conversations about resolving internal and external challenges and giving life a qualitative direction.
These one-to-one sessions involve care for, and overcoming of, the challenges one currently are facing in life. It can for example be about resolving internal conflicts, breaking inhibiting life patterns, handle stress, coming to terms with relationship problems and overcoming self-doubt.
In the interaction with the therapist, old limiting patterns unfold and can thus be examined and questioned. As we become more aware of our feelings, thoughts and behaviours that colours our world and shape our life, we can better deal with our difficulties and problems, make other choices and find a solution to a sustainable change.
