Sessions contributes to deepened self-awareness and enables to consciously take responsibility for one’s own life, resolve one’s internal conflicts, manage external stresses and better utilize one’s resources and actual opportunities.
There are countless reasons to see a therapist. It may be about relationship problems or that you have a hard time getting the life puzzle together. You can be in a crisis, have a feeling of self-doubt or have collaboration problems with a colleague. They are all good reasons to seek help from us.
We believe in the power of the dynamic and empathetic conversation where the experienced problems are understood from the very unique person’s perspective and that what is experienced not only has a cause but also a deeper meaning.
As we become more aware of our feelings, thoughts and behaviours that we unconsciously carry, colours our world and shape our life, we can better deal with our difficulties and problems. In the interaction with the therapist, old limiting patterns unfold and can thus be examined and questioned. We can then make other choices than before and break old habitual thoughts, behaviours and emotional patterns and, in doing so, find a solution to a sustainable change.
The sessions are 50 minutes long and takes place at your office or online. The recommendation is one to two sessions per week with a minimum of 12 sessions.
